R Development Group (“Company,” “we,” “our”) provides construction and development services across Virginia, Washington DC, and Maryland. By using our services, you agree to the following:

Scope of Services

Services are provided per signed agreements, approved plans, and applicable codes. Any additional work requires written approval.

Licensing & Compliance

We comply with all applicable licensing authorities including Virginia DPOR, DC DOB, and Maryland MHIC where applicable.

Payments

Deposit required before work begins
Progress payments based on agreed draw schedule
Late payments may incur interest and project delays
Change Orders
All project changes must be documented and approved in writing.

Timeline

Project timelines are estimates and subject to delays due to permits, weather, supply chain, and third parties.

Warranty

Manufacturer warranties apply
Excludes misuse, neglect, and external damages
Mechanic’s Lien

We reserve the right to file liens for unpaid work as permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to the contract value. We are not responsible for indirect damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate for breach, non-payment, or unsafe conditions. Client is responsible for work completed and costs incurred.

Governing Law

Applicable laws of Virginia, Maryland, or Washington DC based on project location.
